We customize all HooBoo WPC materials:

• Fences: Height (4ft–8ft), style (horizontal/vertical/lattice), finish (wood-grain/smooth), color (oak/gray/teak)

• Decks: Size (tiered for slopes, compact for small lots), texture (slip-resistant for wet areas)

• Accents: Planters, post caps, bench seats (matched to your main WPC pieces)

2. How do I share my design with HooBoo?

You can send:

• CAD files, hand-drawn sketches, or dimension lists (e.g., “120ft 6ft fence”)

• Photos/videos of your space (to help our design team refine plans)If you don’t have a design, our team creates 2D/3D renderings based on your ideas!

3. How long does custom WPC production take?

Most projects take 5–7 business days (after design approval). Larger orders (e.g., 500ft fences) may take 10 business days—we’ll share a precise timeline in your quote.

4. Do you ship WPC materials worldwide?

Yes! We offer door-to-door shipping to 30+ countries (US, EU, AU, CA, etc.). Shipping times vary by region  and include trackable delivery + customs documentation.

5. How do you calculate the quantity of WPC materials I need?

Our material accountants use your design to count exact parts (panels, posts, screws) and account for WPC’s thermal expansion (to avoid gaps). We share a detailed list so you don’t over-order or run short.

6. What if my WPC materials arrive damaged?

We pack all WPC parts in weather-resistant, shock-absorbent packaging. If items arrive damaged, contact our team within 3 business days—we’ll ship replacements for free.

7. Is HooBoo WPC eco-friendly?

Yes! Our WPC blends 80%+ recycled plastic and wood fibers—so it’s durable (20+ year lifespan) and sustainable (reduces plastic waste).
